A 24-year investor and public relations executive in both corporate and agency environments, Kevin has directed strategic communications programs for clients in telecommunications, software, recreational vehicles, industrial components, electronics, interactive television, construction equipment and services, manufacturing, foodservice, banking, marine shipping, security services, geophysical services and others.
Kevin’s experience as an IR counselor is vast, developing pre- and post-IPO programs, counseling on M&A activities and communications, marketing road shows, investor outreach, public relations and crisis communications programs, debt & equity offerings, earnings and guidance strategy and more. For many of his clients, Kevin acts as the primary external Company contact, speaking with investors, sell-side analysts and the media.
Prior to joining in 2001, was vice president of investor and public relations for wireless carrier Powertel, Inc. (purchased by Deutsche Telekom in 2001 for $1.2 billion) where he directed the company's national investor relations and media relations programs. Prior to that, he was vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for wireless startup Pocket Communications, Inc. in Washington, D.C. Previously, he directed financial and media relations communications programs for MCI Communications Corporation in Washington, D.C. While at MCI, Kevin was the Company’s chief spokesman on financial, M&A and strategic issues and has been quoted in The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and many other major newspapers and business publications. Mr. Inda has been awarded numerous Gold Excalibur Awards for his public relations work. He is an accredited public relations counselor by the Public Relations Society of America.
Kevin Inda graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Journalism. His senior year, Kevin was a weekly columnist for the college’s daily newspaper, The Battalion. In 1984, Kevin took a year hiatus from college to serve as the official mascot of the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, traveling through every U.S. state conducting media and other appearances to promote the Summer Games. Kevin is an avid outdoorsman and saltwater fisherman.
